As a dedicated and conscientious service provider, we believe that our service is superior to any in the industry and are willing to put our money on the line to prove it. Who else can say they do the same?  We offer:

* 25% off the quoted rate in the event that we deliver two hours after the protect time, and
* 50% off the quoted rate if we deliver more than four hours after the protect time.

Exceptions: Our company-owned fleet, with an average age of two years, is extremely well maintained and thus we are unable to offer our guarantee in the event of a truck breakdown. Other exceptions include delays resulting from events outside of our control, such as (but not limited to) weather conditions, traffic, road closures, and incorrect or incomplete information and/or documents provided.
